Current Steam trackers expose the names Can’t Toss the First Can, A Talent for QC, and Favoritism, while their official requirements remain hidden. Check which secret is actually missing
Open Maid Cafe Simulator in your Steam library and view its achievements. Confirm that you are checking the base game, not a similarly named café title. Record the locked hidden entry and your completed story, relationship, and exploration milestones.
Do not assume a hidden achievement is tied to the system nearest it in the list. Steam ordering can reflect developer setup rather than gameplay sequence. Work from the visible name only as a clue, then require an actual unlock before marking a route complete.
Finish the normal completion routes first
Complete the main story, work toward three Maidchelin stars, follow all five maids’ bond stories, discover recipes, and use the Performance Stage. These are documented base-game systems and may naturally cover secret conditions without forcing unusual behavior.

Multiple very recent community pages describe A Talent for QC as reaching an out-of-bounds area near the Maidroid delivery side of the café. Some guides also suggest that frame-rate or display settings affect the movement trick. This is not an official published trigger, and a patch can change collision behavior.
If you choose to try it, save in a separate slot, finish the current story objective, and avoid carrying unsaved café changes. Never overwrite the main slot while outside the normal map. If movement becomes stuck, return to the title screen rather than continuing to save from an invalid position.

Finish story, bonds, recipes, stars, and stage activities before testing unusual movement.

Investigate the other names without inventing triggers
For Can’t Toss the First Can, inspect ordinary can, delivery, and vending-machine interactions already available in the café. Do not transfer the visible “Cola Thief” requirement to this hidden entry; separate achievements can involve related objects for different reasons.
For Favoritism, continue normal interactions with all five maids and record any deliberately uneven choice you make. The name suggests preference, but it does not prove a particular maid, drink, outfit, bond level, or repetition count. A tracker showing the name is not evidence for the condition.
Confirm the unlock cleanly
When Steam displays a hidden achievement, note the exact action immediately before it, the date, AppID, public branch, and whether the notification appeared late. Reload only if you need to distinguish the trigger from another event that occurred at the same time.
