Maid Cafe Simulator’s Full Release roster is Omu, Mina, Yuki, Jennie, and Momo. Official launch material says Omu and Mina are present in the Demo portion, while Yuki, Jennie, and Momo join as the Full Release story continues. If one of the later maids has not appeared, first check that you launched base-game AppID 3232690 and moved beyond the Demo’s four-chapter story window.
The maids have two connected roles. They are workers who can share the café workload, and they are characters with bond stories and late-night messages. Official materials list 36 bond stories and 25 text messages per maid. Those totals establish the amount of relationship content, but they do not publish exact bond thresholds, favorite-food tables, gift values, or ending conditions.
Omu
Product scope: base game and Demo opening.
Use now: learn how a maid participates in the early café loop and how bond interactions fit around work.
Mina
Product scope: base game and Demo opening.
Use now: compare staff assignments once the café has more than one worker available.
Yuki
Product scope: Full Release story addition.
Use now: confirm story progression when moving beyond the Demo content boundary.
Jennie
Product scope: Full Release story addition.
Use now: add her to staff and relationship planning when the main story introduces her.
Momo
Product scope: Full Release story addition.
Use now: follow her introduction and later stage-related content without assuming an early unlock.
Separate staff availability from character affection
A maid being part of the roster does not mean every relationship scene is unlocked, and raising a bond does not automatically solve a staffing bottleneck. Before a shift, use attendance and duty systems to decide who will work. After service, use conversation, wishes, gifts, food, head pats, or other available interactions for relationship progress when the current client offers them.
Keep the two results separate in your notes. For staff, record the task, path, and queue result. For relationships, record the visible bond state, the action taken, and whether a story or message appeared. This prevents a favorite-food rumor from turning into unsupported advice about job performance.
When a maid does not perform an assigned task, inspect the roster, priority, stock, station, and route before blaming her character. Management menus were rebuilt during the Demo update cycle, so an old assignment screenshot may no longer match the Full Release.
Unlock later maids through the main story
Accelix’s launch announcement says Yuki, Jennie, and Momo join as the story brings them in. It does not publish a complete chapter-by-chapter recruitment table. The safe route is to follow the active main objective, complete required café growth, close the shift normally, and check exterior, lounge, phone, and evening triggers named by the current quest.
If the story is still inside the Demo’s first four chapters, the absence of later maids is expected. If a transferred Demo save remains on “wait until evening” for multiple days, preserve it before experimenting. A launch-window community report links that state with a Demo-tagged save, but one report does not prove a universal cause or a guaranteed fix.
Do not buy a character-named outfit expecting it to recruit the maid. The Steam DLC entries are content for the base game and their titles associate cosmetics with an existing character. Recruitment and story access remain base-game progression.
Build relationships without inventing thresholds
The store page describes fulfilling wishes, following bond stories, head pats, outfits, and time together. Use the visible bond interface to measure progress. When a new story is available, read its prompt and timing rather than assuming every bond level creates the same event for all five characters.
Favorite-food values need confirmation in the current Full Release. Test a claimed favorite in AppID 3232690, compare the visible reaction or bond change with a neutral item, and repeat before recording it as reliable.
Record the check date and language. The developer discloses AI-assisted translation for non-Korean text and says community corrections continue, so an item or interaction name may change without the underlying mechanic changing. Use the current icon and effect alongside the translated label.
Understand bond stories and late-night messages
Official material lists 36 bond stories across the roster. The launch announcement also says the Full Release opens bond stories through their endings. This establishes that the relationship arcs continue beyond the Demo, but it does not provide a public scene order or ending requirement.
The store lists 25 text messages per maid, while the launch post describes 100 late-night text stories arriving from maids who are out as bonds deepen. Treat those figures according to the screen you are using rather than trying to force a message every night. A message may depend on who is away, bond state, story progress, or another condition not published in first-party detail.
To avoid spoilers, keep a lightweight log: maid, current visible bond state, last completed bond story, last new message, and unfinished wish. That is enough to find stalled progress without recording the content of every scene or copying another site’s story outline.
Choose staff assignments from the current shift
Assign a maid to the stage that is actually falling behind. A worker at a drink station helps only when the recipe is registered, ingredients are reachable, and delivery will collect the output. A floor worker helps only when the path to tables is clear. Watch one complete order after changing a duty.
Do not turn character preference into an unsupported “best maid” ranking. Traits, levels, priorities, and current equipment can change the result, so record exact numbers from the Full Release display and test staffing changes in your own café.
When a maid appears idle, identify whether she has no valid task, cannot reach it, lacks an input, or is following another priority. Fixing the work surface or stock often solves what looks like AI failure.
Keep base outfits and paid DLC distinct
The base store description advertises 18 outfits and also lists additional DLC outfits. Steam exposes 20 separate DLC AppIDs whose names associate designs such as Maidroid, Black Sugar Bunny, Jersey Maid Uniform, and character-specific premium outfits with Omu, Mina, Yuki, Momo, or Jennie.
The presence of 20 DLC store applications is not the same statement as “20 unique outfit models.” Product packaging can differ from the store description’s outfit count. Use each DLC’s own store page to confirm the character and included content before buying, and do not calculate value from a title alone.
Outfits should not be described as stat upgrades unless the current game or store page explicitly says so. The verified store products are presented as character appearance content. Keep their purchase and compatibility questions in DLC rather than blending price claims into relationship advice.
Recover when a maid interaction does not advance
Check whether the maid is working, in the lounge, away for the night, waiting on a story event, or unavailable because the main quest has not advanced. Close the café normally, review the phone and active objectives, and revisit the relevant area at the expected time. Save before skipping several days or changing multiple conditions.
For a bond question, compare the visible bond state before and after one action. For a staffing question, watch one order. For a message question, record who is away and whether the game moved into the night phase. Narrow evidence is more useful than repeating the action many times without tracking state.
Use Maid Roster for a spoiler-light five-character lookup, Cafe for duties and pathing, and Progression for a story trigger. The Steam store page lists five heroines, while Accelix’s Steam news is the place to check for later roster or content-total changes.
